1. About BIMetricAEC
BIMetricAEC provides professional BIM, CAD, drafting, and digital construction support services to architects, consultants, contractors, and infrastructure firms globally.
These Terms govern all services, communications, deliverables, and transactions between BIMetricAEC and its clients.
2. Scope of Services
Our services include (but are not limited to):
BIM Modeling (Architecture, Structure, MEP)
CAD Drafting & Construction Documentation
Clash Detection & Coordination
Scan-to-BIM & As-Built Modeling
Revit Family Creation
Quantity Take-Off (QTO) & BOQ
Infrastructure Drafting (Bridges, Culverts, Utilities)
The exact scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing will be defined in the quotation, proposal, or written agreement shared with the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate drawings, data, standards, and project inputs
Share correct and timely approvals, comments, and feedback
Ensure that any information provided is lawful and authorized
Delays caused due to missing or incorrect client inputs may impact delivery timelines.
4. Pricing & Payments
All pricing is shared before project commencement
Payments must be made as per agreed milestones or timelines
Late payments may result in work suspension or delayed delivery
Taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client
Payment methods may include bank transfer, UPI, PayPal, Wise, or other agreed modes.
5. Revisions & Changes
Revisions are limited to the agreed scope
Major scope changes or additional revisions may incur extra charges
Any change requests must be confirmed in writing (email or document)
6. Delivery & Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on project scope and complexity
BIMetricAEC is not responsible for delays caused by:
Late inputs from clients
Changes in scope
Force majeure events
Fast-track or priority delivery may be provided upon request and approval.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment
BIMetricAEC retains the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless restricted by NDA
Draft or unpaid work remains the property of BIMetricAEC
8. Confidentiality & NDA
All client data, drawings, and files are treated as confidential
BIMetricAEC follows NDA-based workflows
Confidential information will not be shared with third parties without permission, except when legally required
9. Limitation of Liability
BIMetricAEC shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Losses arising from incorrect client inputs
Delays beyond agreed scope
Decisions made based on delivered drawings or models
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
10. Third-Party Software & Tools
We use third-party tools such as Autodesk products and collaboration platforms. BIMetricAEC is not responsible for licensing issues or limitations related to third-party software.
11. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice if:
Terms are violated
Payments are not cleared
Mutual agreement is reached
Work completed up to the termination date must be paid for.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
13. Updates to Terms
BIMetricAEC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be published on this page.
